Tyler was super friendly and knowledgeable about crawlspacesPosted on Google Jack ReepTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tyler McSwain with Revive Crawl Space LLC was outstanding to work with from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. The quality of work was top-notch, and you can tell he truly cares about doing the job right—not just getting it done. Communication was great throughout the entire process, and the results exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your crawl space, I highly recommend Tyler and Revive Crawl Space LLC.Posted on Google Nick VasseyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Unfortunately didn't show up for the scheduled appointment, confirmed by phone the day before, didn't respond to text, and voicemail box was full so unable to leave a message *update* Received a call from Tyler to protest my one star review. He claimed that the appointment had a 2 hour notice and had not been confirmed. In fact, I initially scheduled an available appointment time using his website scheduling feature. He did call me to let me know that he couldn't make that time, that he should have blocked it out on the scheduler, and arranged to meet the next morning at 9am. He did not mention his personal family situation, travel considerations, or indicate that the appointment was tentative. If he had, I would have reconfirmed the appointment before driving 40 minutes to the property and waiting an hour for him to show. Don't rely on the website scheduling feature for availability and reconfirm scheduled appointments on the day of the appointment. * I’m appalled at Tyler’s posted, fabricated, response. I was not adamant to schedule ASAP and he did NOT say ‘possibly’ nor tell me that he would let me know later that evening or indicate in any way that the appointment was tentative. He obviously failed to write down the appointment when we spoke. It’s very unprofessional to blame the client for your oversight.Posted on Google Melissa BryantTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. THIS IS A LONG POST! This is meant to be a positive post for Revive Crawlspace Restoration, LLC but I felt I needed to include the “backstory” to show my deep appreciation for the quality of their work along with my COMPLETE satisfaction and support of this small business. I needed to have damage from a water leak that caused mold & moisture damage under my house that was found in October 2024. I got referrals from my insurance company for two companies in Raleigh area and picked the first one. They sent one person out sporadically and on one occasion sent a second person for a few hours and the work and destruction of my kitchen went on SLOWLY for over a month. At the their “completion” of there job I was left with no kitchen cabinets, countertops or kitchen sink. Claims adjuster was highly upset with the damage done to my house and said he would NEVER recommend these people. I then had to get estimates from contractors that would be willing to repair what was left. One contractor (within less than a month) said he would take care of my mold issue and I let him know that it had been done and he assured me that it had not! I called the company that supposedly did the work and they looked and said I had mold again and basically blamed me because I had not had a vapor barrier installed and had waited too long. I had kept in touch and pushed to get it going and had been told that I did have a vapor barrier. I contacted Zach Wright from 943 Construction and he came out and I told him about the mold problem. He said he knew a guy that was good and came soon after that meeting one evening with Tyler McSwain. I had no reason to trust these guys after my experience with the first company and explained what had occurred. They apologized and expressed empathy that I had gone through that experience. Tyler told me what he would do to take care of the issue and explained that it would not happen immediately because of prior work commitments. Tyler answered all my many questions and always responded in a very timely manner to calls and texts. Tyler appears to be very knowledgeable with regard to corrective measures to handle mold issues and cleaning up the mess I was left with. Tyler worked alone and did not drag out the work. There were days Tyler did not work when I had expected him but he ALWAYS let me know he was not coming. Tyler told me he is a single parent to young boys and most parents know that means no matter how you plan their welfare comes before a job. He worked on some of the days that it was super cold, never left any trash or supplies for me to take care of and was very respectful of my time and home. There was a day when he was not feeling well and he came and worked anyway for several hours so he could complete the job so the inside could be done. Tyler also went with one option that was more cost effective for me when he could have easily gone with a higher one and I would never have known. He explained the two options to me and said I could go with the higher priced one but there was another option that was significantly less expensive and he thought was better for me.Posted on Google Luis ZazuetaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
